1. How many employees are there in your factory?
There are more than 300 employees in our factory.
2. Could you tell us your main customers?
Most of our customers are oversea companies, including some famous brands such as Philips, TCL, ZTE, etc.
3. What kind of mold do you make?
Our products mostly are plastic injection mould. Sometimes we also make die-casting mould by customer requests, but the percentage is small.
4. How many molds do you make annually?
Averagely, we make about 500 to 1,000 molds annually.
5. Do you have plastic injection machines for mold trail?
Yes, we have. The 19 injection machines range from 50 tons to 780 tons.
6. How many shifts do you operate every day?
For CNC, EDM and Polishing Departs, two shifts; Mold Shop depends on the emergency; the others are one shift.
7. What kind of steel do you use to make mold?
We can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use Swiss Assab, German Edel, Japan Daibo etc.
8. Where do you buy the steel and mold base?
Usually we buy the steel from Ming-lee Company and Long-kee Company.
9. What kind of hot-runner do you use?
Usually we use Mold-master, Incoe,Yudo, Hasco and D.M.E
10. How do you do the texture/text/heat-treatment/nitriding and so on?
We have the cooperative subsidiary factories to do that. They are more professional.
11. How do you monitor the process?
Our project department appoints project engineer to handle every project progress and to communicate with customers.
12. Which precision grades you can reach?
For the mold, we can guarantee the precision to 0.001mm; for the part, 0.01mm.
13. Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?
Yes, we can. The steel supplier and heat-treatment factory can provide the certificates.
14. Do you use graphite or copper to be electrode?
We use both of them.
15. Do you have any problem communicating in English?
No problem at all. Our staff has all passed College English Test of China, and been well trained.
16. Which standards do you use, Metric or English?
Both of them are fine. We can use the standards requested by customer.
